1. When will I get my order?
Every Greenwood Threads tee is printed to order with care — not pulled from a dusty warehouse shelf. 🌲🦊
Please allow 3–5 business days for printing before your order ships.
Estimated delivery after shipping:
- U.S. orders: 3–5 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: Add 7–12 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders over $75 ship free.
Please note: shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal rushes (the foxes can only move so fast).
2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because each shirt is made just for you, we move quickly once an order is placed.
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

3. What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Delayed
- Lost in the woods (okay, not literally — but you get it)

Include your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll look into it promptly and make it right. We stand behind every tee we print.
4. What’s your return & exchange policy?
Every Greenwood Threads shirt is printed to order — specifically for you.
Because of that, we don’t offer traditional returns or direct exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong color
- Entering an incorrect address
We kindly ask that you:
- Review our size chart carefully
- Double-check your shipping information
- Confirm your design choice before checkout
If you need a different size or design, the quickest solution is to place a new order.
That said — if something’s truly wrong on our end, we’ll absolutely make it right.
